How do you ensure the freshness of my floral arrangements during delivery?

We use temperature-controlled delivery vehicles and specialized hydration packs to ensure your flowers arrive in peak condition. Every bouquet is hand-assembled by our florists on the same day of dispatch.

What is your policy on same-day delivery?

We offer same-day delivery for all orders placed before 1:00 PM local time. Orders placed after this cutoff will be scheduled for the following business day or your preferred future date.

Can I customize a floral arrangement for a specific event?

Absolutely. Renatos Florist specializes in bespoke designs. You can contact our design team directly via the 'Custom Order' page to specify flower types, color palettes, and vessel styles.

What happens if the recipient is not home at the time of delivery?

If the recipient is unavailable, our drivers will attempt to leave the flowers in a safe, shaded spot or with a neighbor. We will leave a notification card and send an email or SMS to the sender with the details.

Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee or return policy?

Since our products are perishable, we do not accept returns. However, if your flowers arrive damaged or wilted, please contact us within 24 hours with a photo, and we will provide a complimentary replacement.

How can I extend the vase life of my flowers?

Every order includes a packet of flower food. For best results, trim the stems at a 45-degree angle, change the water every two days, and keep the arrangement away from direct sunlight and ripening fruit.
